Oxford Folk Voices

Oxford Folk Voices (previously called Rising Voices) is a friendly community choir specialising in folk music. We sing traditional and modern/international folk songs, in lovely acapella arrangements with beautiful harmonies. Our songs are taught by ear so you don’t need to be able to read music (but scores are usually available if wanted.)  We meet on Thursday evenings in term-time at the St Clement’s Centre in East Oxford, and we enjoy giving local performances, including at the Oxford Folk Festival.  All who love to sing are welcome!

Our website gives further details. Do get in touch by email if you have any queries or are interested in joining us - we’d love to hear from you, and we offer a free taster session.
